Tides In Time
These works by Douglas I. Busch are 12" x 20" contact prints, printed
framing edge to framing edge. Every image is pre-conceived. Because they
are contact prints, the stationary world is rendered in exquisite detail.
But these
are slow photographs. The photograph's notes indicate very long exposures,
often in fractions of hours, not fractions of seconds.
Busch shot most works in this series along the California coast, from Mendicino
to Long Beach; a few were composed along the shores of the Salton Sea.
Hardcover printed in continuous tone.
Tides in Time $20.00 plus $15 shipping and handling (regularly
$40.00)

InPlain
Sight
This book artfully presents Douglas Busch's intense aesthetic vision.
Busch does not intend to startle or shock you with sensationalism. If you
take
the time
to truly look . . . you see . . . then you may be seduced by the photographs,
and they may change what you view in plain sight.
Awarded best book by a small publisher in 1992. Limited Edition IPS
signed and numbered (250) with special slipcase.
Purchaser may select an original silver chloride contact print from the book.
Retail $1,250, special price: $750
In Plain Sight $100.00 plus $20 shipping and handling ($150
